The Bedlington Terrier resembles a lamb, but is a livelier dog than that, and is capable of a formidable fight. Probably having a whippet in its ancestry, the Bedlington is capable of great speed, and has a unique galloping ‘roll’ in full stride. A Bedlington Terrier adores children, is a good family pet, and will serve as a competent watchdog.
