Brittany Spaniel

The Brittany Spaniel probably originated in the French province of Brittany, a cross between an English Setter and a small French land spaniel. A Brittany is able to point and retrieve game, and is agile and tireless in difficult terrain. It is a good companion as well, and makes a loyal pet. A Brittany Spaniel is affectionate, happy and alert, and can be very successful in field trials.
