Simply contact us indicating your interest and we will send you our email address. An artist commission is your opportunity to personalize a painting or print using pictures of your pet. It can be as simple as adding your pets unique colors and markings to a piece, to painting a personal piece using one of our many artistic styles represented on our web site. A commission also makes an unforgettable gift. Artists do not always accept commissions based on their previous commitments. 6 Easy Steps To Do A Commission Step 1 Find a photo or photo's of your pet you want the artist to use in creating your personalized piece. Artists like lots of photos! Step 2 Identify the piece or artist you are interested in by the title of the piece from our web site. Step 3 Call us or use the Contact Form. Please be ready to discuss the following: -The piece or style you are interested in. -The price range. For example, paintings can range from $200 to $3,500+ depending on the artist. Also, size is a big consideration. The larger the piece, the higher the cost. -Timeframe. Step 4 We will contact the artist to discuss your commission. We will help price the perfect commission for you. Step 5 After all the details are set up, a 50% deposit is required up front and the remaining 50% plus shipping is due when the painting is complete. Step 6 The artist is put directly in contact with you. Your artist wants to learn more about your pets to help capture them in your personalized artwork. Your artist will work from photos that you supply of your pet. At UniqueDogArt.com we love the work we have carefully selected, and so will you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from UniqueDogArt.com, you may return it within 15 days of receipt of item to receive a refund minus shipping and insurance charges. Cancellations (before order has been sent) Cancellations are accepted. Please note if you purchase using the PayPal service then your cancellation will be in full minus any PayPal charges. Custom and personalized items including engravings are not returnable. The item must be returned in the original packaging and insured for its full purchase price. Please contact us for specific information on how to complete your return. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is a result of Unique Dog Art. International shipments may not be returned. Damaged Goods In the event an item becomes damaged during the shipping process, please contact UniqueDogArt.com immediately. Hold on to the packaging until further notice. We will refund your cost of the item along with shipping and insurance charges. If the buyer damages an item, no refund will be given. We offer secure payment through PayPal for MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you prefer, you can call us and we can take your order and billing information over the phone. You may also place an order with a check or money order. We accept all major credit cards. Nebraska residents will automatically be charged sales tax. Items often ship directly from the artist. If you ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments. It is our intent to provide you with a tracking number when one is available.
