Once upon a time, a tiny little dawg entered my life. He weighed only 1 ½ lbs, most of that weight I assumed were due to his large ears. I named him Bongo after the drums used in cuban music because he was just as vibrant and made my heart dance!

My life has never been the same since, he has completely taken over, especially in my art career. I once specialized in the fine art of pen & ink called stippling with the animal world, both land and sea, dominating my themes. Now I am happily creating fun & whimsical drawings featuring my Tiny Dawg in different scenarios.

Of course, I have not completely left my pen and ink work, it did carry over to my Tiny Dawg line as I feel black and white art makes a powerful statement. It is elegant, clean, and honest. I do use color, however, only sparingly when the spirit of the drawing calls for it.
