Steps to Place an Order:

Choose a Trivet Frame: For an additional $10, you can order the tile with a wooden trivet frame. View the more images tab above for wooden Trivet Frame choices. If no frame is ordered, the tile has a backing to stand up on the counter, table or hang on the wall. If a frame is ordered, it has felt pads on the back so it can be used as a trivet. It is possible to hang it on the wall. Make your choice from the "Frame" drop down menu above.

Photograph: Send us your photograph via US mail or email. For US mail, our address is located in the "contact us" tab. Your photograph(s) will be returned with your tile. During check out use the drop down box to indicate your preference. We will send you our email address if you wish to send your jpg via email.

Style:Your tile will look as close to the original image as possible. However, you have the option to convert it to have a watercolor finish, or with a background effect picture. See the photographs for an example of each style. Click to see style examples. Use the drop down to indicate your style preference, original image,watercolor or special background effect. See the last photograph to get an idea about special effects. The artist likes to draw attention to your subject.

Personalization: You can add the name of the event, date, or anything else that is important to you and your picture. Use the box up to 15 characters including spaces.

Approval: We will send you a mock up, via email, to review before the final tile is made. We love to have you involved in the process. After all, it's your personal tile. Let us know what you think. You are always welcome to call us.

Our guarantee to you : If you don't like the final mock up, no problem. We won't make the tile and you will receive a full refund. However, all sales are final once the tile is sent to the shipping address.
